Thought I'd show you what I was talking about with the Culinary Crafts stuff. Both images are courtesy of their website. See, with the chef action stations hot food looks MUCH cooler. Then the floating buffets..... sigh. I don't know if Mary Craft herself thought of this or they saw it done somewhere, but LOVE it. When I grow up, I want to work for her, or work for clients that can afford to let ME work like her. I'll have the biggest best kitchen with all the fridge space I want, a big 4 foot grill, a bakers oven with 10 racks in it, a heart, a brain, some courage......
I would worry though that the weddings you do have attendees like Kai and Keaton. I think Dad would have to use logs and supports to keep those boys from destroying.... think bruschetta in the pond.
I am a fitness instructor, AFAA certified personal trainer, and a mom of three. Most of the time I'm vegan, with some crazy "free" meals a couple times a week. I have a love/hate relationship with my yard depending on how much work it needs! I grew up in San Diego, and love the ocean. I scuba, but sometimes have panic attacks snorkeling. Given the choice between the superpowers of invisibility and flight, I'd pick flight in a heartbeat. I love my husband, and his patience with my crazy habit of getting into something that's well over my head.

Those floating buffets don't look all that hard to make. Just some big sticks that make a pretty thing.
Maybe Dad can do it?
