Tiny is home!

Arguably the most anticipated event in our lives in 2018 was Tia's return from her mission. It turned out that she was flying in the same weekend as Time Out For Women. I didn't want to miss that, so I went to day one of that little conference with my friends, spent the night in the hotel with them, and had Jeff pick me up on his way up to the airport.

We still had a blast even if I was almost too excited to sleep that night!

The airport was crazy with construction, and we were all so nervous we were going to miss her getting off the plane! My poor nephew driving one of the cars did miss her. Poor guy had to park a 20 minute walk away. Tia and he were able to catch up later.

We finally got notice that her plane had landed, and everybody from the plane came through and told us (and two other missionary families) "don't worry they are coming" pretty soon there was nobody left coming and we were all frantic!

Turns out that one of the other Sister missionaries wanted to stop in the restroom to freshen up, and the other one wanted her HAIR BRAIDED before they met up with their family. Tia waited with them since she hadn't been released yet and felt weird being alone. Finally we saw her coming through the walkway.

There just isn't a lot I can say about this. I am crying as I go through these pictures again. It is one of the best days of my life.

We are so glad these cousins crossed paths before Seth left for his mission.

This is Tia with the other two sisters she came home with.

We were able to unwind at Meesha's house afterwards and have a nice lunch.

Sure was a tearjerker of a reunion. Loved it.
