Can I just quickly post the bestest salad dressing! 1T. tahini, 1 T. miso, fresh grated ginger --about 2 tsp.,about 1/2 cup lemon juice, and some sweetener to balance to taste. Yum. Two salads today cause I loved it so much.
We tried making this tonight and 1/2 c lemon juice overpowered it. Added more tahini and miso -and more ginger (our preference) to balance it out. I think it needs just the juice of 1 fresh lemon or maybe 1/4 cup would do it.
I remember you basically taste tested when you wer here.
I am a fitness instructor, AFAA certified personal trainer, and a mom of three. Most of the time I'm vegan, with some crazy "free" meals a couple times a week. I have a love/hate relationship with my yard depending on how much work it needs! I grew up in San Diego, and love the ocean. I scuba, but sometimes have panic attacks snorkeling. Given the choice between the superpowers of invisibility and flight, I'd pick flight in a heartbeat. I love my husband, and his patience with my crazy habit of getting into something that's well over my head.

Hey, I gotta try this. I've done the miso and tahini, but the fresh ginger and lemon juice addition make it sound wonderful.
