Feet.
Ummm. I went to the Dr. yesterday just to check on my heel that bothers me periodically. I wanted to make sure it wasn't something like a stress fracture because I'm getting into the next round of training for my race in June --the Wastach Back relay. He thinks plantar fasciitus. Not good. He said it should be fine if I cut way back on mileage. Right.

OUCH! Yeah hard to train for the WB if you can't run very far. Did he give you a list of stretches/exercises to do? My Jeff developed that last fall and he got a list of exercises to do, and a recommendation on orthotics- both helped alot. Hope you get better soon!
Oh no!!! I don't even know what that means but it sounds both fancy and terrible.
Ask your dad about it, or Meesha. Not fun. So sorry.
